Apex Maker Repair Policy

Apex Maker is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience by providing reliable and professional maintenance services. Our support team is committed to resolving any issues in a timely manner and restoring your product to its best condition. We encourage you to contact the Apex Maker Support Center at your convenience for any maintenance related assistance.

Repair Service Qualification

After a product failure is confirmed by a support agent at the Apex Maker Support Center, the customer will be eligible to receive the spare parts needed to repair the product themselves.

Repair Service Options

Apex Maker provides spare parts according to applicable law, product type and specific circumstances. The following repair options are available:

1. Warranty period:
Apex Maker offers spare parts DIY replacement services at its discretion. If eligible, customers will receive the required replacement parts and installation instructions free of charge. Please note, however, that Apex Maker is not responsible for any labor costs incurred during the DIY Parts replacement service.
2. Out of warranty period:
Customers can purchase the necessary replacement parts directly from the Apex Maker website, authorized reseller, or request custom orders through the Apex Maker Support Center.

Note:
If the product is damaged upon arrival (DOA, Dead On Arrival), please refer to the return and refund policy.

Repair Service Information

1.Apex Maker does not provide on-site repair service for any product, either under or out of warranty.
2. If the product is discontinued for more than one year and replacement parts are no longer produced or available in stock, we cannot provide spare parts replacement service.
