Shipments from Apex Maker are limited to the countries listed in this article. The prices listed on Apex Maker's website do not include shipping costs, which are determined at checkout according to the product, mode of transportation and destination.

As the recipient, you are responsible for paying taxes, duties, fees, and any costs associated with shipping to your country. Duties and taxes may be assessed and collected at checkout and Apex Maker is not responsible for any additional charges or costs.

By purchasing a product outside of China, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the import and use of the product. Please note that Apex Maker is not responsible for regulatory compliance in your country, and we do not bear any costs associated with holding products indefinitely by local authorities.

Lead Time

Shipping times vary for each Apex Maker product. Please refer to the delivery time shown on the product page when purchasing. If your order contains multiple items, the shipping time will depend on the item with the longest expected delivery time.Apex Maker does not split orders and ship them separately before the delivery time has passed. If you have special requirements for delivery time, we recommend that you order separately.

Pre-Shipping Notice

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate. If the address is incorrect due to personal negligence, please contact the Apex Maker Support Center as soon as possible. We will try our best to negotiate with the Courier to modify the delivery. However, once an order has been issued, we cannot guarantee that the address modification will be successful and the customer will bear any associated risks and costs.

Please note that the address cannot be modified if the country of origin and the country of the recipient do not match. Please select the new order page consistent with the receiving country.

Apex Maker is not responsible for delays or returns due to:
In remote areas of certain cities, deliveries are delayed by 1-2 days due to transportation problems.
Issues related to the buyer, such as change of delivery address, unclear or incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery or lack of authorized recipient.
Delay in delivery due to force majeure.
Delay in delivery due to restricted access to schools, units, homes or other reasons related to the buyer's collection.

Delivery

Apex Maker ships according to the delivery time, which is listed on the official Apex Maker website. Please note that shipping and delivery schedules may be affected by regional holidays, and due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping uncertainties and product availability, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.

After completing your order on Apex Maker's official website, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received it yet, please check your spam folder or contact our Apex Maker Support center. We will send tracking information as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, our selected couriers will be responsible for shipping your order. If a delivery is missed, the Courier can attempt a follow-up delivery before returning the package to us. Please note that some orders may be divided into several packages.

Missing or Wrong Item

If you find any item missing or incorrect upon receipt, please contact the Apex Maker Support Centre within 14 days to report the problem and provide any necessary evidence such as photos. Apex Maker will provide missing or incorrect items based on the information provided.

If it is determined that an item has been lost in transit or shipped with the wrong item, we will offer the option of a refund, voucher, exchange or replacement of the item at no extra charge. If the item has been shipped but not received, we may file a claim with the carrier to recover the lost item or provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Customs and Duties

Please note that all customs fees, duties, taxes and duties are your responsibility. You must pay any customs fees charged in your country and ensure that the products you purchase comply with the relevant import laws and regulations.
